Hiep is a water resources engineer and researcher with expertise in data analysis, optimisation modelling, and integrated water resources management. He holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering (Water Resources Management) from the University of Adelaide and has worked across academic and applied research settings in Australia and Southeast Asia.
At Adelitics, Hiep supports IT operations, data pipelines, and analytical workflows, helping ensure the reliability, performance, and continuity of the systems underpinning leak detection and network monitoring.
